Sales Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced and career focused individual to join their sales team.
Our Regional Sales Advisors work closely with a dedicated number of field based Business Development Executives, working in partnership to maximise subscriber numbers within each territory, mainly in the Pubs & Clubs sector. They use all their selling and rapport building skills to close every commercial sales lead presented and to help them generate further leads.
As a Sales Advisor we would love you to:
v Have previous business to business sales experience
v Have a passion for selling and be motivated to achieve or exceed weekly or monthly targets
v Have the ability to develop and manage relationship
v Thrive on providing a first class customer experience
v Enjoy talking to people and working in a fun and vibrant environment
In addition to closing telephone sales opportunities presented to you, the role will require an element of lead generation. It’s great if you can close a sale on the first call, but in a business to business environment building a relationship with your customers over a number of calls can be just as important.
Understanding what’s required to achieve targets you will be able to plan and monitor your activity to ensure achievement of these targets.
Building excellent working relationships with Business Development Executives you will work in partnership to implement and execute territory sales plans.
It’s not just a case of answering calls – we expect you to research your leads properly using a variety of different sources.
You will also be responsible for dealing with inbound calls varying from potential customer enquiries to billing or technical queries
This is a permanent position with a guaranteed basic wage that features a fantastic earning opportunity with uncapped commission!
So what about you?
Ideally you will have proven experience in a business to business sales environment, with a strong customer focus and the ability to develop and manage relationships.
You should be motivated to achieve and exceed targets on an on-going basis, be commercially aware and display a 'can-do' attitude. Also, you’ll need strong organisational skills with an ability to handle objections and make decisions.
Salary, circa €27K basic , ote circa €40K. All usual benefits included.
