Line/Comi Chef
at Joyce Coffey in Clare
Line/Comi Chef required immediately for busy fine dining restaurant in Ennis. Must be experienced in all kitchen stations for example starters, mains, desserts. Also, must have grilled cooking experience.
The position is very hands on and would suite someone with experience of working in similar busy units or someone who is looking to step up to a more senior position in the kitchen. We are looking for candidates who are committed and willing to put the needs of the customer first.
The position includes shift work and weekends and is essentially to shadow the head chef and assist him with the day to day running of the kitchen and manage the unit in his absence.
Salary: €23/€25,000
