Facebook is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to large German online advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships or display advertising. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, critical to Facebook\‘s growth. This position is located in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

* Build relationships through telephone calls with key decision makers from agreed client list which Facebook currently has little or no relationship with * Your key role will be to convince these clients to advertise with Facebook through telephone and emailed proposals * Upsell existing self service customers * Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising * Assist in creating persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions * Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients * Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service * Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work * Reporting into the head of Inside Sales * The success of this role will be based against exceeding sales, pricing and yield goals

Requirements

* 3-5years of Media Sales experience * Excellent communication skills in German and English * Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies * Proven track record of reaching and exceeding media/advertising sales revenue goals * Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus * Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment * Understand user behaviour and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms * Excellent communication skills – both written and oral * Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment * Great team player * Please submit all applications in English
