Senior Transfer Agency Representative / Analyst

The Senior Transfer Agent Representative – Transaction processing will be responsible for maintaining a complete set of Transfer Agent records and meeting the daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements for our clients.

Key Accountabilities

 Input of the shareholders instructions on the transfer agency system
 Preparation of the shareholder reporting (dealing confirmations, monthly statements)
 Ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls (i.e. signature check, signature limits, account numbers, money laundering prevention, banking secrecy, …)
 Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments
 Preparation of the monthly management reports
 Update procedures as needed
 Build/maintain an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders
 Review responsibilities towards TA Representatives
 Handling client queries whilst maintaining excellent client relationship
 Support the TA Supervisor in daily work
 Act as leading example towards TA Representatives based on TA experience / knowledge

Key Technical / Functional Knowledge, Skills, Experience, & Capabilities Required

 At least three years college degree in a business related field
 At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency
 Experience in Transaction Management
 Strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy and organization
 Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
 Desire to provide client services
 Ability to communicate professionally with others
 Fluent in English
 IT skills: Excel, Word
