Trade and Supply Chain Manager – Corporate Banking – Dublin
Job responsibilities
• To acquire new customers and manage existing customers within the trade and supply chain business.
• To achieve income targets as per the agreed revenue plans
• To support the Head of Trade & Supply Chain Ireland in the growth of the international trade business in Ireland
• To ensure all risk controls and compliance procedures are adhered to.
• To achieve revenue targets from new acquisitions and existing client base
• To penetrate the market and identify good businesses to chase for international business opportunities
• To generate cross-sell opportunities both within Ireland and at the group level through Global Links
• Develop strong relationships with RMs, Trade operations and other key stakeholders
• Act as the point of reference for all international trade related matters along with the Head of Trade.
• Act independently and be self-motivated to achieve goals related to revenue targets and customer service
• Adapting to the demands of the dynamic business environment and keeping abreast of the changes
• To continually research best practice and to gauge success or otherwise of initiatives to ensure best use of resources and budget to deliver on strategy.
• To network and develop appropriate relationships within the business to build an internal communications function that becomes an integral part of the business.
• To understand the traditional trade finance products and structures inherent to global strengths.
Requirements:
• Educated to a degree level
• The candidate would be required to have corporate sales and relationship management skills, in an established bank.
• The candidate would be required to have dealt with imports/exports/bonding/invoice financing products for atleast 3 years selling to corporate clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
• Experience of identifying and prioritizing opportunities with clients
• Ability to work with product areas in developing new products which are appropriate to client's needs.
• Fluent in English to a native level and currently living in Ireland.
