The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a customer service environment and will be comfortable communicating over the telephone as well as by email. Fluency in English as well as in Korean, Cantonese or Japanese is essential. The successful applicant would be well-organised and be comfortable working to targets and deadlines. A strong team player would be most suited for this position as well as someone with strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
