PART TIME OFFICE CLERK

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Processing weekly timesheets
2. Generating PO’s
3. Processing supplier invoices
4. Working as part of a team
5. General administration duties including filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
6. Telephone support
7. Various ad hoc duties as requested by management


Reporting to: Service Manager

The ideal candidate will have:
• 1-2 years Customer Service or Administration experience (Office Based)
• Fluent English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 16 hours per week

Hourly rate: €11.00
