Insurance Claims Executive
at Cpg Executive in Dublin City South
Claims Executive – 6 Month contract
My client is a leading global group who now had the requirement for an experiences Insurance claims executive to join their team.
Key responsibilities will be:
•Process and review claims and produce summary reports that track performance on a monthly basis.
•To review and handle individual claims relating to general insurance and reinsurance claims.
•Assist in claims audits and desk top reviews to ensure the effective run off of the open claims books.
•Assist in analyzing claims trends to identify and understand loss drivers, their impact on the business and be part of the resolution process.
•Work within the business unit, external (re)insurers, business partners, Brokers and Third Party Administrator’s to successfully manage claims and associated costs.
•Contact point for the control and processing of monthly claims information.
•Successful management of the Complaints process
•Assist in the audit process either at external parties or as part of desk based reviews.
Requirements
•Detailed understanding of insurance practice and the claims process.
•4 + General Insurance / reinsurance claims management or handling experience.
•Educated to at least a degree level
•Ability to process and interrogate claims
•Strong analytical and organizational skills.
•Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
•Good negotiation and influencing skills
