Rates and Availability Project Employee

at Booking.com in Dublin City South

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent phone skills to assist our Hotels Team with a short term project! As a member of the Hotels Team your main responsibility will be to make sure that hotels are loading rates and availability in a way that will allow our hotels and Booking.com to maximize the conversion opportunities of the traffic we bring to the site.

As a Project Employee your main responsibility is to call our customers (hotels) regarding rates and availability. We will offer you a rewarding project with contract for fixed time period (2-3 months) on a full-time basis.

Required Skills:

* Our ideal candidate is fluent in English; * Strong time management and organizational skills; * Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent, target focused and customer friendly; * Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Internet); * Good written, verbal communication and commercial selling skills; * Team player motivated and enjoy the sector of e-commerce and hospitality.

Required Experience:

* Previous experience from inbound/outbound calling is required; * Some commercial/telephone sales experience; * Affinity/experience with the hotel industry.
