Part-time retail sales (3 full days per week)

The Muskerry Group is the largest retailer for SKY in Ireland. With over 40 retail outlets nationwide, we are currently seeking two part time retail sales assistants to join the Galway. Full training will be provided.
Duties
Selling tailored products and product packages to potential new customers.
Matching the customer’s needs and budget to the product.
Identifying opportunities to upsell.
Ensuring that all customer information is up to date, accurate and meets all compliance requirements.
Recording sales and order information and relaying information to administration team.
Provide detailed information regarding the Sky packages, offers, installation and contract.
Keep store clean at all times and ensure that up to date point of sale material is displayed.
Proactively seeking leads and referrals
Calling potential and existing customers with new offers etc.
Requirements
1 year’s sales experience essential
Cold calling/Telesales experience would be desirable but not essential.
Enthusiastic and ambitious
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys working in a target driven environment
Team Player
Honest and hardworking
Fluent English
