Full-time PHP Web Application Developer

Excellent opportunity for a PHP Web Application Developer to join a small and forward-thinking organisation with a young, fresh atmosphere and a talent for constantly pushing the boundaries of technology. The ideal candidate will be adept in PHP5, Object Oriented Programming methodologies, SQL, JavaScript and standards-compliant HTML + CSS. Experience with Zend Framework or other MVC framework a distinct bonus, though won't be required for the initial project. A knowledge of web based CMSs such as Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress may be useful, as would a grasp of AS3.

The role will involve the development of plugins and extensions to an existing, well written PHP application. The application is build on a custom framework and sits on a PostgreSQL database.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong methodical approach and be driven by their own initiative. Developer feedback is very much encouraged.
