Business Development Executive
at OWJO in Co. Dublin
Under general supervision, the Business Development Exec will work to create new business for OWJO by promoting awareness of, successfully selling the benefits of, and completing sign ups of the OWJO application through face to face meetings, phone calls and emails.
Job Duties Include:
Business Development Executive job description
Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for sales.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations and proposals.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish potential client relationships.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Identify/Document and resolve client concerns within agreed SLA.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff/line manager.
Participate in on-the-job training of new sales employees.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills requirements
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations with clarity & simplicity.
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Well versed in the area of social media – Facebook, Twitter etc
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work will require local travel to potential clients. The possession of a valid full drivers license will be required within 30 days of employment.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
