Client Services Executive
at OWJO in Co. Dublin
Under general supervision, the Client Service Representative will work closely with the Business Development Executives to close sales on new customers, potentially helping customers with the set up of their OWJO. They will also make monthly 'sales' calls calls to existing customers promoting additional add-ons/extras OWJO has to offer.
Job Duties Include:
Maintain service levels according to OWJO standards.
Complete all customer sales calls daily.
Identify, log and resolve customer issues when setting up/finalizing OWJO set up
Updating of the client database once active.
Release tutorial videos for customer ease of access.
To ensure accuracy in all written correspondence to clients
Create campaign monitor templates and newsletters including case studies, suggestions for improvements, marketing advise etc.
To provide excellent service to our clients, in a professional manner
On hand over of new customers, the Client services rep will review each customer and devise a plan to help them better use their OWJO
To build positive and professional working relationships both internally and with clients
To participate in the training of newer team members
To participate in the improvement of work flows and procedures
Work on ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
Minimum two years experience in client services (sales) role, preferably in a call-center or busy office environment
Experience in a help desk environment or software support highly desirable
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
Well versed in the use of Facebook and other social media areas.
