Banking Customer Services - Fluent German

You will be responsible for responding to the Banks Corporate Clients within Continental Europe with regard to payment and account queries, ensuring that all queries received are answered in an efficient and timely manner and to the satisfaction of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
To monitor workflow to ensure timely turnaround on client queries
To address customer queries, written and telephone, in a professional and timely manner.
To partner with clients to ensure they are happy with the service provided and if any issues ensure that they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner to client’s satisfaction.
Risk monitoring ensuring escalation to management.
Offer innovative solutions to problems and persist in resolving these issues.
Take decisive and timely action, even in high pressure solutions.
Take active participation in regular operational calls with Client Management, Sales and Product teams.
Deal with ad-hoc queries.
You will have:
Appreciation of customer focus and strong quality service.
Appreciation of cost and risk issues
Problem solving experience with a track record of following through on issues to a satisfactory resolution.
The ability to work to deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Minimum of One Years Banking/Corporate Customer Services experience essential
Fluent German Essential
