Senior Web Developer (3+ years)
>>Required Skills:
- PHP
- PHP Framework, eg Codeigniter
- MYSQL and Database Design
- HTML/CSS
- AJAX
- Knowledge of CMS systems

>>Desired Skills and Experience:
- Agile Methodology
- Database Administration and Performance tuning
- Graphics and Design tools experience, eg Photoshop


Junior Web Developer (1+ years)
>>Required Skills:
- HTML/CSS
- Browser CSS Compatibility Knowledge
- Knowledge of CMS systems
- PHP

>>Desired Skills and Experience:
- MYSQL
- AJAX
- PHP Framework, eg Codeigniter
- Agile Methodology
- Graphics and Design tools experience, eg Photoshop
