Full-time Account Executive – Sales and Marketing Role (€36k O.T.E. per annum)

Our client is a successful provider of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions based on the Microsoft® SharePoint® platform. With an existing client base of Fortune 1000 enterprise customers it is well positioned to become a Global provider of best-of-breed enterprise BPM solutions. To further the international development of our client is seeking technical marketing graduates for the establishment of a European, Middle East and African (EMEA) Operations centre based in Ireland.

What our client offers-

Exposure to leading edge technologies including Microsoft SharePoint 2010, ShareVis BPM suite for state of the art workflow and forms design technology. This opportunity will enable the successful candidate to gain experience and make progress in their career as a marketing and sales specialist. Full training in Microsoft SharePoint, ShareViz and CRM will be provided. Coupled with this extensive training the successful candidate will also receive one on one mentoring with an experienced Software Sales and Marketing Manager. Additionally, through real world sales and marketing challenges there is an opportunity to grow revenues by using innovative sales and marketing techniques.

Person Profile-

We are seeking an individual who possesses strong analytic and technical skills, a high degree of professionalism and a work style that promotes progress through teamwork in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Candidates must be enthusiastically committed to delivering marketing projects which create real revenue benefits. They should be committed to continual progress, be able to communicate with confidence, clarity and take initiative and assume ownership of a wide variety of deliverables. A high level of written and spoken English together with strong MS Office knowledge is also required. Candidates with European languages (French and German initially) will be at an advantage.

Requirements/Responsibilities-

1- Generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for companies across all vertical markets.
2- Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities, up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships.
3- Maintain strong direct relationships with Saticons strategic partnership and clients. 4- Represent Saticon at industry events (describe benefits to users, content providers, and advertisers). 5- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends. 6- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. 7 – Analyse campaign performance statistics and recommend optimised media solutions. 8- Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals. 9- Provide best practices to your peers.

Skills- (The following are desirable but training will be provided)

*Desktop Publishing skills.

  • Knowledge of email marketing tools & techniques.
  • Ability to creatively write press releases, newsletters, and product brochures.
  • Knowledge of internet marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle for enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of social media technologies and their application to marketing.
  • A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
  • Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Your skill set includes solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement, while building satisfied, loyal and reference able customers.
  • Beyond a passion for sales and selling software solutions to Enterprise markets.
  • Strong Primary Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing and IT or Business and IT.
