Full-time Desk - Based Sales Account Manager

at Blueface in Dublin City South

Due to the rapid expansion of the SME customer base, Blueface LTD are looking for enthusiastic, self starters to join the Business sales team

* Responsible for delivery of weekly, monthly, sales target in line with business plan * Dealng with sales queires in an efficient, accurate and professional manner using excellent customer service and selling skills * Developing a knowledge of company’s products services, policies and procedures * Taking ownership of customers’ sales & sales administration requirements and liasing with customer service to resolve support and technical issues in a timely manner. * Responding to inbound and outbound customer sales calls & email within agreed time frame. * Promoting value added services to customers & informing customers of new products and services available * Maintaining lead generation CRM system and providing weekly updates on sales pipeline management * Managing administration of customer accounts in line with sales administration team. Liaising with technical support on addressing customer issues on pre and post sales queries in a timely and professional manager * Other duties assigned
