Central Bank of Ireland Change & Organisational Development Manager
The Central Bank of Ireland has the primary objective of promoting systemic financial stability in Ireland and across the euro area. It ensures the proper and effective regulation of financial institutions and markets in Ireland while also ensuring that the best interests of consumers of financial services are protected.
The Central Bank of Ireland seeks to appoint a Change and Organisational Development Manager to lead a new Change Unit within the Bank on a 3-year contract. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer this position is of key importance at a time of considerable adjustment and transformation within the Central Bank. This role provides an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual with demonstrable and relevant management experience.
Role Definition
• Proactively engage with business unit leaders, managers and develop a comprehensive change programme, including implementation frameworks which reflects the strategic, performance improvement and cultural change objectives of the Bank;
• Secure Executive approval of the programme content and plan including the funding and resources required to execute the programme and build, develop and lead (direct & virtual) project & change teams;
• Ensure the Change Executive is appropriately informed of progress and lead and direct the PMO and Internal Communications.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have several years’ relevant change management experience at an appropriately senior level, including people development and managing high performing teams. They will be results and delivery focussed, have strong relationship and personal influencing skills and strong problem solving capability. Good project management experience will be an advantage.
