Full time Office Manager/administrator required for busy Estate Agent in Dublin 15 area.

This is a busy office and experience in office management and administration is essential.
A background in property is a bonus.

The candidate will be in charge of the management of the office and all aspects of administration.

Duties will include: *Answering the phone in a professional manner *Directing calls to the appropriate team members *Dealing with customer and client queries. *Dealing with all aspects of administration – processing of leases, files, closing packs *Liaising with the account department *Ensuring the collection and logging of rents

Candidates must: *Fluent English both written & oral *Be professional with excellent administration and customer service skills. *Be proficient with Microsoft word and excel *Have ability to multi task and take on new responsibilities *Strong organizational skills *Ability to work on own initiative *2-5 years experience of management & administrative duties
