Agency Account Manager

KOH Creative are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our exciting creative Marketing Hub. You will be responsible for handling our biggest clients, communicating & liaising with them, including event management & supplier management on their behalf. We will require you to create user integration and lead generation through meetings & presentations so it is imperative that you have excellent communication skills. There will also be an involvement with the creative team, requiring you to offer bespoke solutions, innovative ideas and maintain brand awareness for a number of our clients.
The Role/Tasks
Required to develop and implement client marketing strategies.
Plan, design and manage activities and promotions for the portfolios that demonstrate a return on investment.
Development of real consumer insight for the clients using research, tracking and analysis of the range of consumer, trade and consumption data.
Monitoring and analysis of brand performance including identifying and resolving any performance related problems.
Responsible for effective budget planning and control.
Managing client's portfolios through various service providers.
Financial accounts execution
Liaising with the creative team on brand development and design for print and web.
Liaising with any 3rd party suppliers for accounts (a lot of which are based in Junction Studios)
Event manage and organise promotions for accounts.
Management of PR and Media for accounts.
Provide detailed monthly brand analysis's for accounts.
Provide monthly targets & ROI on activity for accounts.
Occasional requirement to Travel to locations for accounts to conduct brand audits.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2yrs. Previous Agency Account Handling Experience essential
Marketing or business related qualification
Strategic Marketing skills and experience
Ability to demonstrate successful outcomes in consumer marketing
Understanding of pricing, cost management and return on investment principles
Experience of portfolio & brand planning and management
Strong personal and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be decisive
Highly motivated & organised

The successful candidate will begin on a 3 month contract of €400 paid weekly.
