Part-time Personal Assistant

A Dublin based Reinsurance Company is seeking to recruit an experienced PA to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Head of a Specialist Division. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role to cover maternity leave commencing in late March 2012.

The role will entail the need for extensive diary management, scheduling regular international travel arrangements and itineraries, organisation of various internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms, coordinating attendee's schedules, document preparation, database management and reporting, being responsible for collation and reporting of expenses, arranging payment of invoices, maintaining client records and documentation, and performing additional secretarial tasks as required by Senior Management.

The Client requires a highly organised and responsible individual with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. We will be looking for an individual with a strong personality who can be flexible and adaptable to the needs and demands of the business, works to tight deadlines with a proven track record of delivery, has fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, is a good networker with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, and has strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
