Senior Software/Systems Tester Unix Financials

Vantage Resources are looking for an experienced Tester to join the IT Department of an international financial services company based in Dublin City Centre. You will be joining a small team of testers in this large US Company.
You will be responsible for designing and executing tests for Financial systems on Unix/Linux and Windows platforms. As an integral member of the QA team, you will liaise closely with the Software Development and Infrastructure Services groups to follow through on all required testing and/or bug fixes and ensure all issues are resolved prior to any production deployment. You will also provide a second level of support for all systems that pass through the QA group prior to production deployment.
You should be dynamic, proactive and have a proven track record of working in a vibrant and challenging environment. You should also be comfortable working in a Windows and Unix/Linux environment with a proven experience of problem analysis (specifically in relation to bug management).
Requirements
B.Sc in some technical discipline
3+ years hands-on software/systems testing experience
Experience with some of the following
Test case design, test execution, Systems Test
Integration Test, Regression Test, Performance
Load/Stability test and bug management
Oracle or similar DB experience, Windows, Unix/Linux, real time client/server
Financial Services experience
Any Perl scripting would be an advantage
