Reporting to the General Manager, this I.T. Technician position will have responsibility for setup
and maintenance of clients computer hardware and networks.

Main Responsibilities
Setup and maintenance of hardware and office networks / servers.
Providing Technical Support to clients through call outs or over the phone.
Up grading clients systems to ensure they are running as efficently as possible.
Other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Background
3-4 years experience as an I.T. Technician (experience of dealing with small and large companies an advantage
MSCSA or MSCSE qualified or relevant third level I.T. qualification.
Technical Knowledge
Excellent working knowledge of a wide varity of operating systems.
Candidate Traits
High level of attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong problem solving skills
