KITCHEN MANAGER'S
We have superb opportunities for hourly paid Kitchen Manager's in O'Neill's that offer our customers a traditional pub experience with a great value food menu at affordable prices that can only be described as a recipe for success; delivered with fantastic service in a pub with great atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. You will find us situated mainly in town and city high street venues where our locations are vibrant and dynamic places to be, serving a wide variety of customers - workers, shoppers and regulars, all wanting something different from their pub.

Our Kitchen Managers are committed to consistently delivering the highest quality food that our customers expect and deserve, totally focusing on customer satisfaction. You will have a passion for developing your team with excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire them and drive a solid teamwork culture. Strong business knowledge is required to effectively manage food stock ordering and control, along with a proven track record in exacting standards of hygiene and due diligence. If you have at least two years in kitchen management experience, in a business operating a minimum weekly food sales of 3,500 euro's (£3,000) and want to run a busy pub kitchen serving fabulous food for all to enjoy then come and talk to us.
