Junior Sous Chef.
Type: full-time and permanent.
Location: North County Dublin.
Salary: depending on experience up to 32,000.
Our client, one of the finest 4* hotels in the Dublin area, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for an immediate start.
The job:
*Prepare mis-en-place
*Serve on the carvery buffet, in the kitchen and assist during banqueting events
*Assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous chef in menu planning, budgeting, purchasing and staff rostering
*Train more junior staff
*Keep accurate HACCP records
The requirements: *Recent experience as a Sous Chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel is essential *Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
