Position: Medical Sales Specialist
Type: full-time and permanent
Location: South West England
Our client, a leading provider to the healthcare industry in the UK and Ireland, is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Specialist who can bring the business forward.
The job:
Responsible for the intravenous products and services portfolio, you will support existing clients and build new business in the acute care market. Duties will include:
• Actively visit specialist clients in your territory, using your clinical knowledge to make your clients aware of the advantages of the products in your portfolio. This will include carrying out on site demonstrations and providing full product evaluations to medical specialists
• Work towards ambitious sales targets as per your business plan
• Plan appointments effectively to utilise your agenda to the full
• Attend industry relevant events and host workshops
• Report relevant internal and external market information to your Sales Manager
The requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years recent experience in medical product sales is essential
• Having worked in a medical capacity is a distinct advantage
• Experience in the South West England territory is essential
• A full clean drivers license
• Able and willing to work flexible hours and travel both nationally and internationally as required
