Translation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and effective Translation Project Manager with solid experience in managing a team, workflow, budget and client-relationships to start working immediately. This role would be an ideal step up for an experienced manager and will involve a high level of responsibility.
Experience with CAT – TM management and Content management system, specifically with administrative control level.
The Translation Manager’s duties include:
*Responsibility for timely, quality-assured delivery of translations *Client account management *Manage translation coordinators and manage and recruit freelance Translators *Managing workflow *Strategise quality control, new processes and procedures *Responsibility for creating financial reports for the Manager *Responsible for timely and effective management of finances including invoices and orders *Ensure best practice in staff management, assessment and training *Be abreast of the most up to date translation software and make recommendations when required *Monitor customer service and follow up business sales leads *mantain and assign projects via translation memory and content management server
Candidates should ideally have at least 2 years’ solid experience in translation management including in-house team management and responsibility for budget and financial reporting. Knowledge of translation software is essential.
