Web game developer with Flash, php exp

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for working with other developers designing the architecture of the software and developing system design specifications.
You will develop new features and enhance existing features of our new childrens gaming products. You will work with other developers on feature implementation.
The Senior Software Developer will provide mentoring to the junior developers on the team and will work closely with Project Management, Program Management and QA teams to ensure quality in the end product.
Candidate Requirements:
The candidate should be experienced in creating dynamic, interactive content in Flash / XML/ PHP
The candidate should direct the design and writing of high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code.
The candidate should have experience designing large scale distributed systems and websites.
The candidate should have proven experience working with software development methodologies, ideally Agile.
The Canditate should be creative and artistic would be a distinct advantage.
Experience in developing interactive learning or gaming products would be a plus
