We are a business start up operating in the greater Dublin area and north Kildare, installing gas & oil boilers along with domestic insulation and solar water heating.

We have three positions available. These positions are part time with the possibility of full time positions becoming available in the future.

All candidates must be RGI registered and qualified plumbers.
Experience in installing boilers & controls for the Better Energy Homes scheme would be an advantage.

We require workers in the Dublin area, to work at our clients’ site in Rathcoole. The role will be working in an authorised service environment repairing laptops and mobile phones from all of the major UK brands.

You will be responsible for full diagnostics, assembly, disassembly and refurbishment of laptops / mobile phones and you will be required to work with a high level of precision and quality. All positions are full time and on an ongoing basis.

Candidates who have experience in refurbishing mobile telephones and laptops will be preferred but we will consider applicants who have consumer electronics repair experience from PC’s, games consoles, digital cameras, GPS, etc.

The sector Customer Support is responsible for the installation, qualification and running of the high end systems at customer locations; it is also responsible for the transfer of essential know-how to customers.
The department Customer Support Europe carries out the above-mentioned tasks for the Continent of Europe.

Responsibilities, tasks & content of the job:
Location: one large and important customer of Client in Leuven
Carry out repairs, maintenance and installation of newest type high tech/high end production machines. Working in clean room is essential.
Function as an interface between and their customer for technical matters, train the customer in the use and the regular maintenance of the systems, answer his questions and provide him with professional support
Analyze and diagnose problems and if necessary escalate technical issues through the appropriate channels
Take care of the administrative side of things, e.g. deliveries, work assignments and reporting
The job requires working in shifts: early/late/weekend shifts. Opportunity to operate in attractive and for Client important strategic customer environment with the latest high end technology
In- and extensive training is foreseen in Client’s headquarters
The Service Engineer reports to the Supervisor Customer Support (CS) Belgium, client “XXX” in Leuven, within CS Benelux. He/she interfaces with:
Customer Operations
Maintenance and Engineering personnel
Logistics in order to get the right materials and tools
Global Support Centre and Development for escalation of problems
Goods flow to get information about the specific equipment.
Personality, mentality & competencies:
Strong technical background and drive towards solutions
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communicator and good social skills
Shows initiative, can work independently and is multitasking
Customer focused and enjoys working in a dynamic environment

Working experience and other:
(Bc. or) Ms. Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of pneumatics, mechatronics, electronics, semiconductor processes, software and related disciplines. Knowledge of safety procedures.
A few years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry is an advantage
Fluent English – both written and oral, is essential.
