A Dublin based Reinsurance Company is seeking to recruit an experienced PA to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Head of a Specialist Division. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role to cover maternity leave commencing in late March 2012.

The role will entail the need for extensive diary management, scheduling regular international travel arrangements and itineraries, organisation of various internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms, coordinating attendee’s schedules, document preparation, database management and reporting, being responsible for collation and reporting of expenses, arranging payment of invoices, maintaining client records and documentation, and performing additional secretarial tasks as required by Senior Management.
